Nicely refurbished unit with all the added extras. Terrific service and excellent and absolutely perfect location short walk to the river and a quiet and friendly atmosphere, Fakenham and the market square.  

The breakfast is rich and sensational with decently cooked food and a pleasant view, as for instance, lots to choose from. Personable and great people are working there.

The whole room was extremely pleasant and large with all the added extras and coffee plus the beds of the TV. The breakfast offered a huge variety of amazing meals.

It has an excellent service and their breakfast is varied and substantial with a pleasant view, decently cooked food served by a pleasant girl, toast. As for me location is ideal and nice, so close to many restaurants and pubs, and river.  

The room was not been cleaned properly with dirt around-and-under the bed and available with a good telly to wath the olympics and coffee plus tea. I found the hotel's location particularly good and perfect, short walk 

Lovely area, riverside location next to Wensum Lodge Hotel, and Fakenham in general, the waters edge and the river bank. For shots visit The Gallow, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

I didn't feel like leaving, so would recomand this hotel. The breakfast was good hot, such variety, with vegetarian option, decently cooked food plus a pleasant view. I had reasonably priced room with a bath. 

The location was ideal and nice and the free parking was on site. We ate in the magnificent restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. Liked that we had coffee and a lounge.

The property was functional, offered beautifully decorated and nicely refurbished rooms. The restaurant was magnificent for breakfast, I tried amazing dishes. The hotel had an amazing location so close to Fakenham Golf Club. You could walk to a market and shops. There

Very comfortable building and a nice size and nicely decorated rooms with twin beds. Rich breakfast with decently cooked food, vegetarian option plus toast, magnificent location.

My room was a nice size and tastefully decorated with convenient decor. There was a delightful view of the riverside. The accommodation had a central location very close to town centre.
